The opportunity

We are looking for a capable and highly motivated Junior Specialist in our Employer Branding and Internal Communication Team.

Your key responsibilities

You will  have the opportunity to put into practice your experience from student associations, volunteering or previous job and it depends on you how creative you can be with your daily tasks. In addition, you will have:

Employer Branding responsibilities:

  • Create graphic materials and texts for all HR materials from branded notebooks, pens, flyers, brochures to stands in job fairs or roll-ups;
  • Creating content and share important events for social-media accounts (Instagram, Facebook)
  • Maintaining a powerful relationship with suppliers for Employer Branding materials and managing bills, contracts and monitor budged and other expenses;
  • Maintaining a powerful relationship with all student association that we collaborate with;
  • Organizing courses, workshops with partner faculties and Open Days in EY;
  • Designing our Speakers PPT presentations for different events;
  • Selection of new EY Ambassadors from partner faculties.

Internal Communication responsibilities:

  • Creating graphic materials and texts for internal communication (emails, newsletters);
  • Providing support in organizing internal events (e.g. Halloween Treasure Hunt);
  • Managing EY Tribes;

Skills and attributes for success:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communication or PR;
  • Minimum 1 year of  Student Associations Experience (organizing events, workshops, fundraising and communication with students);
  • Experience in field is a nice to have, but it is not mandatory;
  • Good communication skills in writing with experience in writing articles, newsletters, press releases;
  • Good knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator;
  • Confidence in PC use (Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Knowledge of English at intermediate level or above;
  • High level of adaptability and experience in working in very dynamic environments;
  • Pro-activity and positivism.
