The opportunity

You will have the opportunity to grow within EY pyramid structure, attending training sessions and getting more and more involved in talent hunting, HR projects, owning and managing the entire recruiting cycle from requisition to on-boarding for all EY’s service lines such as CBS, Assurance, Tax & Legal, Advisory, Transaction Advisory Services

Your key responsibilities:

Being a strategic advisor to the business to identify hiring requirements

Owning and managing the entire recruiting cycle from requisition to on-boarding for all EY’s service lines such as CBS, Assurance, Tax & Legal, Advisory, Transaction Advisory Services

Maintaining a constant communication with hiring managers regarding pipeline and candidate status, trends and analysis of the employment market

Developing and maintaining candidates’ recruitment database

Constantly finding solutions for right candidate sourcing and approach

Maintaining contact with agreed recruitment third parties

Coordinating campus recruitment projects

Promoting EY as an employer of choice to all candidates via the use of social media and branding activities

Skills and attributes for success:

Knowledge of English at intermediate level or above

Confidence in PC use (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Very good analytical skills

To qualify for the role you must have

3+ years experience in HR field, preferably in mass recruitment, and proven track record in successfully recruiting professionals

Experience of competency-based interviewing and recruitment practices

Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Excellent organizing skills, having the ability to handle different projects efficiently

Able to take the initiative and complete all assigned tasks within the required time period

The Senior Recruiter will be in charge with handling recruitment projects (Campus and Experienced professionals), while meeting the deadlines and focusing on results and quality. He/She will closely work with the Recruitment Lead and will collaborate with the Employer Branding team and the other HR functions from the Talent Team (HR Business Partners, Compensations & Benefits, Learning & Development, HR Administration), hiring the best candidates for the business.
